Absolutely amazing service from Pollards Opticians. This is my first time of using an independent opticians and the service was amazing. From being greeted, my in-depth eye test which was very efficient. Faraz kept me informed of what was going to happen next and explained all details of what was going on and why checks were being carried out etc. I’m even going to give contact lenses a go too. The range of glasses was excellent and Denise was fabulous at making recommendations, taking specifics and very knowledgable and efficient. I would certainly recommend Pollards and the team who work there. 5 star rating from me. Thank you.
