Fantastic service

First time going to Pollards last week. Absolutely fantastic experience. Fizz the optician was brilliant. The test was 45mins and very in depth and Fizz explained everything. The staff were excellent also no heavy sales pitches and explained all the different options. Also was given a cup of tea. After working for 30yrs in the optics industry I can honestly say it was the best eye exam I’ve ever had. Well done Fiz, Nee and Emma.
